Our Adapted Bible Curriculum
Each set of curriculum set is designed to last 4-5 weeks, as we believe that students learn content and themes best with repetition, hands-on activities, and engaging lessons.
ADAPTED BOOKS
An adapted book is a form of text that is designed to support student engagement and accessibility for learners with disabilities. This curriculum comes with three styles of adapted book (errorless moveable pieces, differing moveable pieces, or symbol supported text). They allow for students to access the gospel in a new way.
VISUAL SUPPORTS
Visual supports come in a variety of forms - visual schedules, images with a story, communication boards, picture communication symbols (PCS), and more. It is incredibly important to include a variety of visual supports in your adapted ministry. All curriculum sets come with 2 core communication boards, symbol supported texts and crafts, guided prayers, a memory verse, and a simple visual schedule.
SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS
All curriculum sets come with a variety of supplemental materials: sensory bin instructions, errorless learning binders, task cards, simply craft activities, coloring pages comprehension worksheets, worship choice boards, fine-motor activities, and more.
